About

As part of their residency at Fineshade Wood, the collaborative group Owl Project (Simon Blackmore, Antony Hall and Steve Symons) will be hosting a free drop-in workshop at The Arches in Fineshade Wood.

A small group of people are invited to become Owl Assistants during the day to make systems and tools that visualise and sonify trails in the forest. The resulting new work, The Algorithm in the Forest, will be a multichannel video and sound installation that explores how natural systems have inspired algorithms that impact how we experience our daily lives.
