Fermynwoods is accepting statements of interest from artists, writers, photographers and anyone looking for a peaceful, rural self-funded residency location.
Sudborough Green Lodge is a remote building set in the Northamptonshire countryside as a Centre for Research + Education. The Lodge consists of 2 small, joined cottages in the middle of Fermyn Woods, near the village of Brigstock. The Lodge is only accessible by car via a 3-mile hard-core surfaced track, off Harley Way, or via a 3-mile bridle path from Fermyn Woods Country Park.
Self-funded residencies include use of our small on-site black and white photographic film darkroom.
