Artists Commission

An exciting opportunity exists to create a wall-based painting or low relief public art work for the University of Nottingham’s East Midlands Conference Centre.

In early 2020, the University is refurbishing its Conference Centre which is managed by DeVere Hotels.  The aesthetic thematic driving the refurbishment design encompasses lace, livestock and literature and the commission should reflect an element of that theme.

Commission fee £5,000 excluding VAT

Deadline for application submissions is 3 December 2019; Interviews of shortlisted submissions will take place on 16 December 2019
Completion date for installation w/c 16 March 2020
