Arts/Architecture Internship

Fixed Term, November 2019 – February 2020.
20hrs per week.

Mansions of the Future is looking to provide a recent graduate from the University of Lincoln through a four-month internship opportunity. The successful candidate will be supported and mentored within the role by Mansions of the Future (MotF) staff, including the Artistic Director and Curator. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team, liaising with staff, members of the local community, artists, researchers, volunteers and academics.

The intern will be working closely with ON/OFF Collective – an interdisciplinary design studio, usually based in Berlin. The successful candidate will work both on site at Mansions of the Future and on site on the Ermine Estate. Responsibilities will involve supporting the development and delivery of a temporary and collaboratively built social architecture commission and associated public programme on the Ermine Estate, Lincoln.

Note: This opportunity is for University of Lincoln recent graduates, Masters and PHD students.
