Arts Development Worker

We are looking for a full-time (37 hours per week) dynamic community minded individual with excellent listening and communication skills who understands the relevant issues facing people in Highfields and Leicester(shire).

This is a development role, funded for 2 years by Power to Change–Community Business Award, specifically to enhance (new) service provision and effect positive changes in both the local communities and the partner organisations.

The  successful applicant will work closely with people (including their families and friends) who currently use our services, as well as others who may consider doing so going forward, and play an important contribution in how people (post their Covid-19 experiences) return to take up our services. The Arts Development Worker is expected to be not only understanding and responsive but also professional, informative and contribute to the quality and safety of the services that are provided.
