Audience Development Coordinator

Harewood House Trust is the charity that manages and maintains Harewood House and its immediate environs, by opening to the public as a visitor attraction and events venue.  We engage 200,000 visitors a year both from the local community and much further afield. As Harewood looks to increase its visitor numbers, the Audience Development Co-ordinator will be responsible for Group Bookings (both in an operational and marketing capacity), implementing sales initiatives and continuing to build new and existing relationship to maximise income potential within a groups market place.

The Audience Development Co-ordinator will also work on education group bookings with the Learning Manager and Senior Engagement and Projects Manager, will assist in working with promotion partners (particularly within a local groups and tourism context, such as hotels, but also Radio stations and paid partnerships), and will assist in developing Harewood’s online audience with the Senior Communications Manager.
