We are looking for a dynamic arts leader with a passion for high quality participatory arts practice and partnership working to join and lead our innovative and creative team.

We are offering an exciting and challenging role leading a great programme of delivery and developing the Hive’s growing reputation as a place which engages in creative ways with the communities in Shropshire.

We can offer the right candidate a flexible approach to work and professional support (should your current experience be commensurate with the lower end of the pay scale)

Employment Conditions: 2 years 4 days per week. Subject to funding and a satisfactory 6 month probationary period. Flexible working hours will be required.

Remuneration £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience.

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays pro rata
