In 2019 ArtReach was the only UK organisation selected to lead a Large Scale Creative Europe collaboration project. LIBERTY involves 12 partner organisations across 10 countries with a secure grant of £1.3 million Euros. The project runs until 2023. Other collaborative projects are also in the pipeline.

The ArtReach mission is to “make great art possible and accessible, connecting art with grassroots and diverse communities to forge creative engagement”. The organisation’s board is diverse led, and has engagement from ten Trustees.

ArtReach focuses on delivering:

1.    Festival and event creation, commissioning, programming, production and delivery (see journeysfestival.com and libertyukfestival.com/) Liberty UK was formerly Night of Festivals. Journeys Festival International promotes refugee arts.

2.    Consultancy services (including visioning, strategic development, business planning, fundraising and board development)

The CEO will have overarching responsibility for artistic and creative visioning and for leading operational delivery of ArtReach (including maximising new opportunities through virtual and online delivery). The post will be supported by and will support an exceptional team with embedded diversity and young talent.
