Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager. As part of our Development Directorate you will lead a small fundraising and development team. Recent successes include securing £1.5m towards a permanent new £2m interactive children’s gallery and the launch of our Legacy Giving Strategy.

You will:

• lead on developing individual and corporate giving in all areas increasing unrestricted income.
• secure grants to support projects and major capital developments including Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery Redevelopment .

Whether you are preparing and coordinating funding applications, cultivating relationships with donors, or arranging our Director’s Dinner, you will demonstrate high quality stakeholder management, together with excellent communication, administration and team-working skills.

Closing date: Sunday 29th October 2017 with interviews taking place on the 9th or 10th November 2017.
