Duty Manager (Maternity cover)

QUAD is known for its warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We are looking for a Duty Manager interested in helping to deliver this as part of the QUAD Team.

The post of Duty Manager works across the QUAD building where you will focus on maintaining a customer experience of the highest possible standard at all times. Pro-active, personable and confident, you need to possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, whilst managing the team on shift. You must also be prepared to assist with other areas of the team: ushering, invigilating and box office. An in-depth knowledge of customer service, health & safety and equal opportunities is a must.

Contract: Fixed-term from June 2019 with up to 12 months maternity leave cover
Part-time – minimum of 12 hours per week
£9.39 per hour plus holiday allowance, pension & staff benefit scheme
