Engagement Co-ordinator

The main purpose of the role will be to manage and develop a new programme of public facing work for UKYA which engages children and young people, this will include managing arts commissions for and by children and young people across UKYANational Biennale: Nottingham 19.

The role will focus on the development and management of up to five public engagement commissions in the outlying districts of Nottingham. The public engagement commissions will work with young people on how they see their ‘place and space’ and the outcomes will be presented as part of Nottingham 19. These commissions will be delivered with strategic partners including Nottingham City Council, CEP’s, City Arts, Nottingham Castle Museums and Galleries’ Learning and Engagement Teams as well as connecting the the strong artist led sector.  One commission will be a family friendly commission delivered as part of Nottingham 19.
