This is a hands-on role that offers much diversity in a growing organisation as we enter an exciting phase of activity with the opening of a new public exhibition space and the launch of our 50th anniversary.

Key duties

  • Act as point of contact internally and externally; and provide administrative support to the Executive Director including handling enquiries, email management and agenda planning for Senior Management team meetings.
  • Co-ordinate and plan the diary, schedule and itineraries for the Executive Director including national and international travel.
  • Alongside the Head of People provide HR information, manage HR data and complete the end-to-end HR administration for the staff team.

Who you are:

An extremely organised, hard-working and diligent individual with previous experience in a similar position.  You will have excellent people skills, be confident and approachable with a proactive, flexible working style.  You will enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively with a natural eye for detail able to deal with multiple tasks and different personalities whilst remaining calm and ensuring workload is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
