Exhibitions Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic exhibitions professional to join the dynamic team at Birmingham Museums Trust.

As Exhibitions Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and help to set the direction for a busy programme of exhibitions and displays across the Trust but with a particular focus on delivery at ThinkTank, our award winning science museum. Leading an interdisciplinary team of museum staff and contractors, you will deliver high quality outputs that will engage large and diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will already have substantial experience developing and delivering exhibitions and displays, including the use of relevant design and project management software packages. They will bring an innovative and creative approach and be an effective manager, capable of leading, managing and motivating a team.

Mainly based at ThinkTank, this role forms part of a busy Curatorial and Exhibitions team who work across the nine sites of Birmingham Museums Trust.
