The Festival Manager is responsible for the operations of the organisation, ensuring that the festival programme is delivered to the artistic vision of its Director, on time and to budget with sound administrative procedures in place. The successful candidate will play a key role in fundraising and stakeholder relations, also working with the Director to increase income across trusts and foundations as well as commercial and donor support.  The role will also play a leading role in developing opportunities for freelance artists through the festival and for developing the learning programme.

A senior manager within the arts with a knowledge of contemporary visual art, to be successful in this role you have a proven track record of managing people, teams and budgets; delivering large-scale events and projects as well as a strong history of fundraising, reporting and working with stakeholders and partner organisations.
