As the first point of contact with visitors to the Crafts Council, this is a pivotal role in the organisation and you will provide an exceptional visitor experience to everyone who steps through the Crafts Council doors. You will also be responsible for inspiring and informing the public about the gallery’s programme and encouraging further engagement through ticket & shop sales, donations and communications activity.
Additionally, each of the Front of House Coordinators have their own area of specialism: venue hire or volunteer coordination.
This is a hands-on role that offers much diversity to establish, grow and build new audiences. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion and commitment to broadening and diversifying the audience for craft.
If you feel that you have the qualities to make a difference and the desire to work with Crafts Council’s new gallery audiences, then we are very interested in hearing from you.
