Head of Fundraising & Commercial Development

New Art Exchange (NAE), an award winning and nationally acclaimed arts organisation, is looking for a Head of Fundraising & Commercial Development to join our Senior
Management and Executive team (SMT) to spearhead income generation, commercial opportunities and customer satisfaction.

NAE stimulates new perspectives about the value of diversity in art and society, and is recognised for presenting high quality exhibitions, arts events and festivals. Open since 2008 NAE is an RIBA award winning modern contemporary building with a range of excellent spaces available for social and corporate hires and a reputable café/lounge. You will be an innovative and inspirational entrepreneur, possessing at least three years leadership and senior management experience with a strong understanding and demonstrable success in growing income streams for a business, with an ability to match commercial objectives with NAE’s artistic aspirations, core values and ethos as an organisation.

The Head of Fundraising & Commercial Development will work closely with the Deputy CEO and SMT to lead, drive and grow the commercial and wider income generating and fundraising activity. You will lead on nurturing new business/enterprise opportunities to diversify NAE’s income, by instilling an entrepreneurial approach within the organisation, seizing opportunities to strengthen the long term success, sustainability and resilience of the
organisation.
