We are looking for a professional individual with excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.

You need to have proven experience of managing staff/volunteers and a portfolio of successful funding applications. You will need to have a track record of managing finances, the ability to self-organise on a week to week basis and to manage the day to day running of facilities, projects and funding applications.

You will need to have a positive outgoing voice for Flameworks, be someone who is a team player who can solve problems in a calm and logical manner. You will also need to have experience of managing people’s expectations and the needs of the business now and moving forward.

It would be beneficial if you have a proven interest in and knowledge of the arts and especially in making and makers and their needs.
