Salary: £22,876 to £27,285 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance

Lakeside Arts’ is looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager to join its busy Marketing team. The successful applicant will have considerable experience in marketing, ideally within an arts environment, with up-to-date knowledge of marketing best-practice; a passion for the performing or visual arts, as well as the wider cultural and heritage sector; be able to plan and implement, monitor and evaluate, marketing, sales and communications campaigns across Lakeside’s multi-art form and museum brief; have experience of using CRM tools to maximise earned income, support fundraising, and widen and develop audiences; and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively line manage a small team.

Skills, knowledge and qualities essential for the role include the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; a dynamic and proactive approach with demonstrable ability to generate original ideas; and the ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities.
