Museum Project Officer

Shropshire Council has been awarded a grant from the Arts Council England to support a range of activities within the Museums service. This Project Officer post will support the administration and secretariat of the wider project and responsibilities will include collating and presenting financial information, collating and writing progress reports and performance indicators, organising and taking minutes and submitting claims to the Arts Council. This post will also support the Curatorial Team to develop a specific element of the wider project that focuses on diversity. This will include the development of a new touring exhibition, support for volunteers and training.
