Opperations Manager

A new post of Operations Manager has been created at Derby Theatre. The Operations Manager will oversee the teams delivering Derby Theatre’s catering, front of house, administration and finance functions. With a particular focus on the customer experience and delivering high standards in our public-facing areas, this role will form a vital bridge between the Executive Director and operational colleagues. The Operations Manager will ensure compliance with various statutory regulations such as food safety, fire and licensing as well as security and health and safety in front of house and office areas.
