Programme Manager, Level Centre Derbyshire

Level is looking for a ‘do-er’.

Level is looking for a creative, organised and motivated individual to help in the creation, management and delivery of Levels artistic ‘Participation and Outreach’ programme.

The programme is tailored for adults with profound learning and physical disabilities and is based at Level’s custom built arts centre in Rowsley. You will lead in the development of the programme and utilize the unique setting and facilities available at Level, including both digital and traditional medias.
This role requires a creative and inventive approach to arts admin and a knowledge of the adult care system would be a huge asset. We will also require the successful applicant to be able to manage a team of freelance artists, lead workshops and group sessions on a regular basis from the Level Centre in Rowsley and also in partnered venues across the region.

Level is committed to artistic development and also encourages employees to collaborate and engage with the artistic team. This role would suit a practicing artist, dancer, choreographer, performer or similar who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to apply these skills and become an integral part of the Level team.

The benefits, flexible working arrangements, a salary of £26,000, pension, mileage allowance and access to Level insured transport.

Qualifications/Experience;
Mac literate, excellent written and verbal English skills. Full and valid driving license.
