Retail & Front of House Coordinator

Do you love meeting members of the public and can you sell proactively?

We are seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic Retail & Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact at RBSA Gallery, manage our craft shop and increase exhibition sales. The successful candidate must have experience of working in sales and retail, possess excellent customer service skills, be confident using database systems and ideally have experience in working with artists/designers/makers. This is an excellent opportunity to assist in the implementation of a range of sales strategies to increase revenue, improve customer engagement and develop new audiences for the RBSA Gallery.
