Seasonal Museum Enablers

We are currently recruiting Seasonal Museum Enablers to work at our Historic Properties for Birmingham Museums Trust. Working as part of the Historic Properties Team you will spend the season delivering an excellent experience for our visitors. You’ll be working in all public-facing areas of our historic properties including the reception desk, our gift shops and even our charming tearooms. We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates who love working with people, can deliver service with a smile and love Birmingham!  If you’re happy to get stuck in with everything from answering telephones to putting on incredible events then you might be just who we are looking for!

Our Seasonal Museum Enabler team help us to give visitors to Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall and Sarehole Mill a truly great day out. You’ll be supporting guided tours, selling tickets and will be helping us to ensure the care of Birmingham Museums Trust collection at all times. To be successful within these roles it is essential that you are available to work at weekends and during school holidays.

Training will be provided, which will take place on 1st & 2nd April 2020 – 9.30am – 2.45pm. (You must be available for both of these days).

Uniform will also be provided.
