Senior Museum Enabler

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Museum Enabler for Soho House to support us during a very exciting period for Birmingham Museums Trust.

As the Senior Museum Enabler you will support the Museum Team Manager, in operating all public-facing areas at Soho House such as the reception desk, gift shop, tea-room, welcome areas and telephone line, as well as help deliver commercial hires and public events.  You will also be expected to help and support at the other heritage sites to ensure the delivery of consistently high customer care and a quality experience for our visitors.

You will act as a duty manager in the absence of the Museum Team Manager and support in improving income and profitability for Soho House. High levels of customer service will be required to ensure visitors enjoy their visit to Soho House through providing guided tours, visitor information and events, dealing efficiently with queries and sales and ensuring security and care of collections and the buildings at all times.

This is a full time post, working Mondays to Fridays, and the first Sunday of the month, with some weekend, evening and Bank Holiday work as required.
