Strategic Partnership Manager – Creative & Digital

A new strategy for external engagement has been developed, which prioritises building strategic multifaceted strategic relationships with organisations. To support this aim, the EEE Directorate has established a team to drive forward strategic partnering in the following priority sectors: University now wishes to recruit a Strategic Partnership Manager for the Creative and Digitalsectors.

The Strategic Partnership Manager – Creative and Digital will lead the University’s external engagement activity with key external partners in those sectors, bringing a high level of expertise and knowledge. The successful candidate will be familiar with and advise on sectoral policy and engagement practices. They will also establish sectoral intelligence which will be used to identify target organisations and maximise the outcomes from these relationships, managing sector action plans and strategic partner relationships across the University’s portfolio.

The successful candidate will have expert, knowledge of the Creative and Digital sectors and a strong understanding of those organisations and their challenges. Their focus will bring clarity to the sector needs and opportunities for both the University and its partners that will result in long term mutually beneficial strategic relationships. Your track record of initiating, facilitating and maintaining impactful partnerships will be demonstrable and exemplary, highlighted by your successful experience of working in the Creative and Digital sector or organisation.
