Our property portfolio comprises 20 buildings, providing 400 studios and facilities for 500 artists, mostly in London, but also in Essex and Stoke-on-Trent. Current occupancy rates are over 98%. We also hold equity in five purpose-built live/work apartments in the London Borough of Brent.

ACAVA’s charitable purpose is delivered through its socially engaged educational programmes that are designed to engage communities by enabling them to create visual art and culture.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient team player with excellent communications and people skills and experience of working in property or site management and/or office administration.

This is an exciting time to join a dynamic organisation with a strong, committed team working towards the delivery of a new culturally and socially driven mission.
