Art Exchange (NAE) is a leading contemporary arts space in the heart of Nottingham that celebrates the region’s cultural richness and diversity. We present an ever-changing programme of art exhibitions and a vibrant public programme of events along with strategic project work focussed on audience development, community engagement and talent development.

We are now seeking a talent development and youth programming specialist to lead NAE’s dynamic YARD Theatre & Younique programmes. The Talent Development Producer will unlock the confidence and creative potential in young people to maximise their prospects for happy and fruitful lives. They will be knowledgeable of youth theatre practice and experienced in designing creative programmes for young people.

Culturally aware with a good understanding of the issues affecting BAME communities, the post holder will be a true believer that creative practice and cultural provision can make an invaluable contribution to the learning and social development of young people.
