BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art has exhibited the work of over 460 different international artists, received over 8 million visitors through the door since opening and welcomed 262,238 participants in learning activities last year alone.
We are currently recruiting for a Technician to assist with the technical and logistical management and delivery of BALTIC’s artistic programme.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained in a gallery, museum or similar environment, including experience of art handling and exhibition installation, and AV installation. A good knowledge of construction, fabrication, and use of relevant installation equipment and a well-developed ability to solve practical problems are essential along with possessing excellent team working skills.
