The National Centre for Craft & Design is seeking three Visitor Experience Assistants to join its busy and creative front of house team. Based within our galleries, this role delivers excellent customer service offering knowledgeable information on our exhibitions and wider creative programme to enrich the visitor experience at The National Centre for Craft & Design.
The post-holder will assist in the delivery and administration of our exhibitions programme and support the delivery of exhibition related marketing. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills combined with essential experience and have ability to work on their own initiative.
We are recruiting for three part time positions to work across our two gallery spaces. NCCD is open 7 days per week and all roles will work to a two-week rota which offers flexibility across weekdays and weekends. All positions are 7.5 hours per day.
There is flexibility in full and part time hours; we would ideally like to recruit 3 positions that work to the following:
5 days / 3 days / 2 days, or 4 days / 3 days / 3 days
