Visitor Experience Assistant

The Hepworth Wakefield, is looking to recruit a Visitor Experience Assistant to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Visitor Experience team for the duration of our upcoming show, Yorkshire Sculpture International.

Our Visitor Experience Assistants provide visitors to the gallery with the warmest welcome and actively promote the galleries programme and membership scheme as well as upselling relevant merchandise to complement each visit. The role involves interpreting our displayed collections to the public, delivering guided tours, supporting events and ensuring the safety of our visitors and security of our building and collections.

You will deliver a first-class visitor experience and ensure that our visitors are inspired to return. If you have a commitment to providing customer service excellence and are excited about art and working with the public we would love to hear from you!
