Visitor Experience Events Officer

An exciting key position has arisen for a highly motivated individual to be part of the Operations Team at The Lightbox Gallery and Museum. Working closely with the Visitor Experience Team, the Officer will be responsible for the delivery of all Lightbox events which includes external venue hire, internal meetings and public Lightbox events. The role will also include Visitor Experience Team duties such as covering Reception and Duty Supervising the building as required by the Operations Manager. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to use their own initiative, as this is a varied and highly rewarding position within a fun and lively environment.
