CVAN EM is passionate about supporting the region’s arts and culture sector. Over the last 2 years we’ve delivered 60+ free 1-2-1 mentoring sessions for artists based in the East Midlands and are now looking to expand our offer to provide free 1-2-1 support for visual arts focused organisations, projects and grassroots initiatives in the region.
This offer of support comes at a time when accessing grant funding has become increasingly challenging for artists, arts workers and organisations. We want to use the limited resources available to us to bring more resources into the region by helping grow ideas, confidence and connections – boosting an applications chances of success.
Each month we’ll make x2 free 60 minute 1-2-1s available to visual arts focused organisations, projects and grassroots initiatives in the East Midlands. Sessions can be used at any point in the process, to discuss a project in its early stages, through to application proofreading ahead of submission.
CVAN EM is not an arts consultancy agency, nor are we fundraising experts, but we bring to the table a knowledge of the East Midlands, our own experiences of bid writing and a passion for the region’s rich arts and cultural offer.
