Better Together #11: Income Generation Strategies for Organisations

WHEN: Tuesday 20 May, 1-2pm
WHERE: Online, via Zoom
BOOKING: Book here

Bi-monthly Better Together sessions are framed by a different urgent topic that is relevant to the East and West Midlands and wider arts and culture sector. For May’s Better Together session, we will be joined by Kate Lockhart to explore understanding the best income generation strategy for your organisation.

There is often pressure to try all sorts of fundraising activities, especially in challenging times. The best income generation strategy for your organisation isn’t about chasing every source or idea, or limiting your options. It’s about balance, fit and having the basic systems in place to make giving to you easy. By revisiting some of the fundamental tools for communicating who you are, what you do, and why it matters, you can better align your income streams with your purpose and impact.
