Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and contemplation at Mansfield Museum. Led by artist curator Wingshan, this session invites contemporary visual artists with a connection to Mansfield to explore themes of nature, identity, and belonging—drawing inspiration from the symbolic landscapes of Sherwood Forest and the museum’s archival collections.
Through guided journaling, sketching, and open discussion, we will reflect on the artistic and cultural roots that shape our work and our community (materials provided). The session will conclude with a grounding meditation, offering a moment of stillness and shared intention.
Hosted in a welcoming space with food provided, this gathering is an opportunity to connect with fellow artists, engage with the museum team, and contribute to shaping future opportunities for artists in Mansfield.
