As part of this year’s FORMAT International Photography festival we’ll be exhibiting photography and film exploring this year’s festival theme ‘CONFLICTED’ – Photography here at LCB Depot from March until mid April and Film at Phoenix from April to July.
Exhibitions
The LCB exhibition will be open weekdays 11am-5pm from Monday March 3rd to Thursday April 17th (+ when open for events).
The Phoenix exhibition ‘CONFLICTED’ will be open from mid April until the end of July.

Events
Friday Feb 28th, 5-10pm, Exhibition Launch – be among the first to see the exhibition. Plus join us for Last Friday this month featuring Sarangi and Tabla music from Darbar Arts, a brand new poetry night ‘Literati Art presents Poetry Club’ featuring Mr Shay and the usual amazing street food, and drink! Also check out the rest of @cqlates late openings and events in venues across Leicester’s Cultural Quarter. Entry to the LCB Gallery is free, Last Friday tickets £1 in advance or £2.50 on the door.
Saturday March 8th, 12pm-4pm, CQ Earlies: Creatacon. Join us for a day of creative science, technology with workshops from National Space Centre, Leicester Hackspace, and Sidefest, as well as a chance to explore analogue photography with Leicester Lo-Fi
Wednesday April 2nd, 6-8pm. Navigate: an AOP evening. Join Association of Photographers board member Adam Shaw for an early evening of relaxed networking with fellow professional image makers. Adam will also be looking at ways we can navigate the cost of living crisis, grow creatively and stay sane.
Saturday April 12th, 12pm-4pm. CQ Earlies: Making Movies. Join us to explore film making!
