About

Enjoy works of art from some of the county’s most talented artists in the Stableyard Gallery at Doddington.

‘Renewal’ showcases 20 handpicked artists from across Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties interpreting the theme of Renewal in their own way. There is a wide range of work including paintings, glasswork, woodwork, textiles, photography and installations, with many artworks for sale.

The exhibition is curated by Doddington’s Angus Forbes with support from Kate McGovern (Sculpture at Doddington co-curator) and Andrew Bracey (senior lecturer & MA programme leader in Fine Art at The University of Lincoln).

We’re delighted to welcome 5 artists from Creative Start, Grimsby – a multi-award winning, lived experience, not-for-profit organisation that builds safe and honest creative workspace environments and runs community art projects to promote abstinence-based recovery. They provide peer-support to inspire creativity and aim to reduce the stigma of addiction that many members experience in their daily lives.

Open daily 10-4. Entry to the gallery is free of charge and no booking is required.

You can also take the opportunity to visit the rest of the Doddington estate, enjoy seasonal food and a spot of retail therapy. Click here to plan your visit.
