Kickstart Scheme
The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16- to 24-year-olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long-term unemployment. There will be an opportunity to access training. In order to be eligible to apply you must contact your local work coach at your local job centre so they can match you to the vacancy.
The Role
This role will be crucial to maintain and ensure the smooth running of all BACKLIT operations. This includes supporting general administration for project activities. Areas of responsibilities include keeping relevant and important information in good order both online and physically, ensuring systems and procedures are efficient and effective and maintaining great communication between the team and externally to our partners.
