Families Programme Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Families Programme Manager to join our small, dedicated team to develop and co-ordinate our engagement programmes for families, including activity during school holidays, for Early Years, family film events, and gallery resources.

Our programme connects with a range of community partners and networks across the city, and together we build projects and plans to respond to local needs and interests and support inclusive and welcoming environments and activities.

As Families Programme Manager your main accountabilities will include:

  • Managing our engagement programmes for families, including team and partner relationships, communications, resources and timelines.
  • Managing and supporting a small team of Play & Learn Facilitators.
  • Developing accessible, inclusive and welcoming environments and activities with and for local families.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with community partners to develop inclusive approaches.
  • Supporting evaluation, responding to insights and best practice and making process and the impact of our work visible.

Hours: 24.5 hours, equivalent to 3.5 days per week

Salary: £19,992 (£28,560 FTE)

Term: Permanent.
