Head of Operations, MBD

MBD seeks a Head of Operations at an exciting time for the organisation. MBD is going through an exciting period of growth. Most of our work is in Virtual Reality and we have gained awards and industry recognition from the UK and beyond. We are incredibly proud of everything we make and we have some seriously exciting plans to re-imagine arts creation and distribution. If that sounds ambitious, it is because we are ambitious. This role forms part of the MBD senior management team. You will work alongside the Directors and senior management team to develop strategy for the business and be involved in making key business decisions.

You will work closely with the creative and motivated team to deliver ambitious long-term plans for business growth and innovation in the arts.
