Marketing Assistant and Box Office

Founded by the late Lord Attenborough the award winning Attenborough Arts Centre, part of the University of Leicester, is a creative hub and lively arts venue. Close to the centre of Leicester, we offer a varied arts programme of theatre, dance, exhibitions, music and creative learning, all with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice and supporting emerging talent.

We are a regularly funded client of Arts Council England, receiving over 80,000 visitors each year.   We are looking to recruit someone with a love for the arts. The role has a focus on social media and website development. The ideal candidate will have an interest or background in marketing and customer service.

Reporting to the Marketing Officer and Audience Engagement and Development Officer, this post supports all aspects of the Attenborough Arts Centre Audience Development Plan and communications activities by Attenborough Arts Centre to sustain and develop audiences for and participants in the courses, workshops, events and other activities, focusing particularly on implementing the digital marketing strategy for e-marketing, social media and box office data.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
