CVAN EM and ArtTechSpace launched a survey to gather feedback from art technicians across the East Midlands about training needs and skill gaps.
CVAN EM is working with ArtTechSpace to survey the need for an Art Technician training programme for early-career / aspiring and established technicians in the East Midlands to address the skills shortage in the wider area.
12 organisations from across the region participated in an initial 'survey of need', you can see the full report here.
ArtTechSpace has now created a short 'survey of need' to ask technicians in the region to share their thoughts and establish where they feel skill gaps are and how this project might best benefit them.
The survey was live until 18 July 2022. In July CVAN EM and ArtTechSpace shared a further report on the results of the survey and an outline for recommendations including next steps.
