Questions to Ask When Working With Others is a gathering where artists / arts workers can meet to share their experience/s of challenges related to their practice. Conversations to be centred around, but not exclusive to fractures, expectations and breakdown when working with others. This gathering with be held by artist-filmmaker Beverley Bennett and consist of a series of sharing activities to take place during the session centred around the theme.

Ode to the Midlands is commissioning six mid-career artists to develop and deliver new digital artworks between April 2026 – March 2027.

Open to visual arts organisations located in or programming across the East Midlands & West Midlands to foster cross-regional connectivity and sustained artistic development.

Ode to the Midlands (OttM) is an ambitious, cross-regional programme delivered over 18 months by Contemporary Visual Arts Network East Midlands (CVAN EM) and Contemporary Visual Arts Network West Midlands (CVAN WM) to enrich cultural life in the Midlands by investing in local talent and publics.
