CVAN EM's Better Together programme brings together change makers from across the East and West Midlands for bi-monthly online sessions that foster connection, support, and shared learning. Aimed particularly at directors, trustees, and programme leads, the sessions provide a supportive space to discuss current challenges and explore collective approaches to sector development.

Each one-hour session focuses on an urgent or timely topic and prioritises open discussion, helping strengthen collaboration and resilience across the region's visual arts ecology.

Questions to Ask When Working With Others is a gathering where artists / arts workers can meet to share their experience/s of challenges related to their practice. Conversations to be centred around, but not exclusive to fractures, expectations and breakdown when working with others. This gathering with be held by artist-filmmaker Beverley Bennett and consist of a series of sharing activities to take place during the session centred around the theme.
