About Andrea Nixon
She is a Founding Director at People Make It Work, and founded People Make It Work with Lisa Baxter in 2016 after spending 20 years working in arts and cultural organisations. She has worked as a consultant, as an executive director and as a senior arts policy professional.
Andrea often works on strategy development, stakeholder consultation and training facilitation. She has particular expertise working with boards looking to recruit new trustees or working on improving the relationship between board and executive.
