Arts and Libraries Audience Development Officer

We are seeking an Arts and Audience Development Officer to lead a programme of work that will increase engagement with arts and libraries across several sites. You will take a lead role in delivering the annual Wolverhampton Literature Festival and create a sustainable plan for its future. You will also take a lead role in planning activities and events throughout the year taking place in our cultural venues.

You should be flexible, enthusiastic, have good interpersonal skills and wide experience of organising arts and cultural events and activities. You should also have a good knowledge of issues facing libraries and art sectors.
