Building and Gallery Facilitator

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in coordinating BACKLITs building and site facilities. This role will lead on ensuring the building is COVID safe in line with government guidance in preparation for the galleries and public events to re-open and to reinstate the private hire programme. The chosen candidate will oversee the operational functions of all floors in terms of safety, security and the logistical and practical approach to technical support for delivery of the public programme. The role will be responsible for researching, initiating and implementing policies and good practice to ensure the building operates, safely, securely and efficiently.
