General Manager (p/t)

Ludic Rooms, a postdigital arts studio based in Coventry, is looking for a proactive and self-directed General Manager to join our small but busy team. Ludic Rooms produces artworks, events, education and socially engaged projects with a collaborative approach and a passion for creative technology.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a management, administration or development role ideally within the cultural or community sector to take the reins of our day-to-day operations, have oversight over our financial management and help grow the good work we do here at Ludic Rooms.

As a starting point, we would expect the successful applicant to perform the following:

• Management of the company’s day-to-day operations and systems
• Management of all financial and  administrative processes
• Contribute to the company’s sustainability and financial planning
• Development and maintenance of the profile of the organisation

Salary: £21-23,000 pro rata/ per annum, depending upon experience and qualifications.

Terms: 2 days (16 hours)/week, Flexible working hours may be possible by negotiation. Initial Fixed term basis of 12 months, 3 month probationary period.
