Marketing Manager (Acquisition)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Manager (Acquisition) who will deliver integrated campaigns to generate revenue from the acquisition of new customers and Members.

Our landmark location in the heart of London is home to one of the greatest collections of paintings in the world. It’s free to visit and each year we welcome millions of visitors through our doors. Ultimately we exist so that the widest possible audience can engage with great art.

To support this mission, we’re committed to growing income and becoming increasingly self-funded. The Commercial Marketing team, which sits in the Commercial Services department, delivers commercial targets for a range of products. We’re a new team using data to put customer acquisition, engagement and retention at the heart of our marketing approach.

Role purpose
Our new Marketing Manager (Acquisition) will sit alongside the Marketing Manager (CRM) to develop and deliver marketing campaigns for exhibitions, Membership and related products. You’ll be responsible for using on and offline channels to find new email subscribers, customers and Members.

Skills and experience
You’ll be a team player who’s great at running marketing campaigns, has a strong working knowledge of digital marketing, and enjoys using data to make decisions. You’ll use your creativity and innovative approach to achieve targets and find new ways to improve our marketing activity.
