Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre in Leicester is looking for a Membership Administration Assistant to join its membership team. This new part-time role will assist with the efficient running and continued development of the MyPhoenix membership and loyalty scheme.
Phoenix is a high profile and rapidly developing cultural organisation in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter, supported by stakeholders including Leicester City Council, De Montfort University and Arts Council England. A registered charity, Phoenix aims to bring inspirational film and art to all through its programme of world cinema, digital arts, courses and community events. Its café is a hub for many who live and work in city as well as cinema and gallery visitors, and many businesses and community organisations enjoy Phoenix’s stimulating contemporary environment for conferencing, training, networking and social events.
Working in a busy creative environment, the Membership Administration Assistant will be responsible for day to day administrative support of the MyPhoenix membership and loyalty scheme, and the organisation’s wider customer database, acting as the first point of contact for Phoenix’s Members and Friends.
The role also involves assisting with promotion of the MyPhoenix membership and loyalty scheme and the delivery of the member events programme.
The Membership Administration Assistant role is an important role within the organisation, enabling the growth of the MyPhoenix membership and loyalty scheme, and also offers the post-holder opportunities to develop their skills in administration, data protection, customer service and event delivery.
