Office Manager/PA

Nottingham Contemporary, one of the UK’s leading and largest centres for contemporary art, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of a busy office, including all employee and payroll administration, and PA support to the Director and the Finance & Operations Director.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent I.T. skills and will have experience of recruitment, HR and payroll procedures and administration.  We’re looking for a competent and confident self-starter, with excellent organisional skills, who is able to multi-task to deliver to deadlines. To be successful in this varied role you will be calm under pressure, have a positive attitude and an ability to build professional relationships with colleagues at all levels. A knowledge of Sage and Moneysoft would be desirable.
